Baby Pierson

I had the privilege to design an order of 75 custom baby shower invitations for soon-to-be baby boy Pierson and his parents, Miranda and Nick. I was excited when I saw my first photo of their choice of bedding, "Team Safari" by Lambs & Ivy. The ideas started forming right away and I was excited to get started! Here was my inspiration photo:

Here is the finished design! Shown is a 5x7 invitation and our basic envelope with a single stamp on the inner flap.

A lot of love, time and work went in to creating 75 copies of this design.

Each piece was cut from a hand-drawn stencil and detailed by hand-drawn details such as the lion's face, the football lacing and the alligator's eye and star.


Next we hand tied each set and attached a backed "Handmade by Rosalie" tag.

Finally, we framed a special copy for Miranda and Nick. I know from being a mom myself that having a framed version of something as special as your baby's shower invitation is a cherished memento.
